What big soap strips away

We cold-process every bar using nutrient-dense, grass-fed beef tallow sourced from Ohio farms we trust - raised without hormones or antibiotics. Unlike modern liquid oils that saponify weak, tallow creates a hard, long-lasting bar with a creamy lather your skin actually drinks in.

Tallow's fat profile mirrors human sebum - which is why your skin recognizes it, absorbs it, and loves it. No stripping. No drying. Just the fat your great-grandma used to call clean.

Commercial soap strips your skin of its natural oils, then companies sell you moisturizer to replace what they took. We don't play that game.

SoapyFluffs bars are loaded with fat-soluble vitamins that your skin absorbs directly:

  • Vitamin A - cell renewal, softness, clarity
  • Vitamin D - barrier repair, immune support
  • Vitamin E - antioxidant protection, aging defense
  • Vitamin K - tone, circulation, bruise reduction

Every ingredient we skip is a choice we made on purpose:

  • No SLS / SLES (synthetic detergents)
  • No parabens or synthetic preservatives
  • No phthalates - fragrance oils are Prop 65 compliant
  • No palm oil
  • No fillers, dyes, or stabilizers

Just tallow, lye, water, and whatever essential oils or botanicals make each bar unique. That's the whole list.

Every bar is hand-poured, hand-cut, and hand-cured in small batches right here in Hamilton, Ohio. We cure every bar for a minimum of two weeks - and many recipes for four. Commercial soap gets 48 hours. That extra time is what makes the bar harder, gentler, and longer-lasting in the shower.

When you buy from SoapyFluffs, you're buying something a real person made with their hands, not a machine in a factory. Your skin will know the difference.
